INTRO
Let us preserve your flowers to create a lasting design that will commemorate your special day or your loved one gone for years to come. We accept bouquets from all 50 states. Whether it be a traditional floral collage or a personalized mixed media piece, our design options are endless.

II. STEPS TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION
1. Contract: Once you submit your inquiry form, we will follow up and email our contract through adobe sign.
2. Retainer: When you submit the form with your information and package selection, we will follow up and send your retainer from Quickbooks (via email). Once you have paid your retainer, you are booked in our calendar for your flower drop or ship date!
3. Drop/Ship: Once your contract and retainer have been submitted (steps 1 + 2) you can then drop your flowers anytime during business hours M-Th 9-5 and Fridays 9-4. If you need to ship us your flowers, you can choose to rent our care package, or opt to prepare your own with our instructions which we can email you upon request.
Please Note: Your flowers can be dropped before the contract and retainer are submitted. However, we cannot press your flowers, or secure your reservation until both the client contract and retainer are received.
III. FLOWER CARE | TRANSPORT
To keep your flowers fresh until you can get them to us, keep them in fresh water and a refrigerator! If a fridge is not available, store the flowers in a vase of fresh water and away from any heat source. Remove any rosaries, special cloth or heirlooms that have been tucked away in the flowers. If you decide to use any special momento in your design, we will collect them from you at a later date.
When driving the flowers to our studio, use any box (cardboard/ice chest) to load the vase with the flowers into it. Use towels to wrap around the vase(s) to help stabilize them from tipping over in the box.
IV. PROCESS | TIMELINE
Once we receive your flowers, we document + log the flower types, condition, variety, colors.
For the next 8 weeks we monitor moisture levels. Please note that flower preservation is never a guarantee, not every single flower will press to perfect condition or to the flowers original color. All flowers take to the press differently and color change (darkening or lightening) is more than natural and likely to occur.
Our timeline start to finish is 12 months, unless you choose to rush the order ($650). Orders that are rushed are completed within 3 months from drop off. Orders that are not rushed will remain in our pending order press until we start the design phase for that month's orders.
V. DESIGN
About 11 months after the flowers are dropped, we send a design email to all orders within the same month. We follow up the email with a text from our studio phone (337.207.9753) to schedule a 30 minute design call where we review your contract, retainer, and design options that you listed. This is where design options can be edited, if you selected a package that permits design changes.
We then create your mockups and send via text for you to confirm prior to gluing down.
Your artwork is then assembled, photographed, an invoice is generated and sent from Quickbooks and a pickup text is sent. Final payment needs to be paid by the link that we send upon or prior to pickup.
