FAQ When Booking
How do your preservation packages work?
- Our preservation packages provide a set value that you use to curate one or multiple custom pieces. During your design consultation, you may select one or multiple pieces that fulfill the value of your chosen package.
- If your selections exceed the package value, the difference will simply be added to your final invoice. You may also commission additional pieces using any remaining blooms.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
- After your order is placed, our studio will reach out with the next steps to complete your booking. We’ll guide you through the process of preparing your flowers for drop-off or shipping and answer any questions you may have along the way.
How soon do my flowers need to arrive?
- For the best results, flowers should arrive within 1–5 days after your event. However, we can often work with bouquets that are a few days older depending on their condition and if they are kept in a refrigerator after the event.
Will someone help me through the process?
- Yes. Our team will stay in touch throughout the early stages of your booking to ensure your flowers arrive safely and everything is prepared properly for preservation. We’re here to guide you step by step.
How will I know where to send my flowers?
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed instructions for studio drop-off or shipping, including tips for safely packaging your bouquet to help protect the blooms during transit.
Is it too late to preserve my bouquet?
- In many cases, no. Even if your flowers are older than 5 days, they may still be suitable for preservation depending on how they were stored and handled. If you're unsure, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible so we can guide you through the next steps.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
- Yes. Because flowers are time-sensitive, we do our best to accommodate last-minute preservation orders whenever possible. Placing your order online is the fastest way to reserve your spot in our press room.
